What is the Will making process?

We offer a free initial telephone consultation to discuss your requirements. If you wish to proceed we will email you some information and a Will Instructions Form for you to complete. Click here to see a copy of our Will Instructions Form.
Once we have received your completed Will Instructions Form we will have a telephone conference with you to discuss your Will Instructions Form, to answer your questions and to confirm your instructions.
We will email you confirming your instructions and requesting that you transfer funds into our trust account.
We will prepare and email you your draft Will.
Once you are happy with your draft Will we will attend your home or place of business in order to review it with you, to provide relevant advice and to witness you signing it.
