Probate - Gold Package
We prepare your probate application and meet with you to execute it. We then file it for you with the Supreme Court of WA. We provide you with a detailed written advice on the tasks you will need to complete as executor in order to administer the estate from start to finish. Our fees are paid by the estate.
$2,400 + $370 court filing fee
Probate - Platinum Package
We prepare your probate application and meet with you to execute it. We then file it for you with the Supreme Court of WA. We take care of all of the estate administration tasks for you from start to finish. Our fees are paid by the estate.
